We realized that many business owners seeking financing only knew to ask the bank. With access to alternative capital for businesses and real estate investors, we embarked on creating KPR Alexandria ,Virginia We specialize in financing options outside the banking industry for companies who provide goods and/or services to private businesses, government agencies, consumers, or those who are seeking financing for their real estate transactions. We provide access to Alternative Financing Options (AFOs) when the banks have turned you down. These options include, but are not limited to, financing options for small-to-medium size businesses, government contractors, new entities, bank turn-down situations, prospects with credit issues, and more. We provide services nationwide, and will consider most industries.
Business owners and real estate investors seeking financing are not all the same. What fits one entity, most certainly will not fit the other. This is where we play a pivotal role in helping you transition to where you should be. KPR is not a direct lending source at this time. Karlene Sinclair-Robinson is an entrepreneur at heart and business financial consultant. She is the Managing Member of KPR Funding Solutions, LLC. She has been successful in assisting numerous clients to access millions of dollars in alternative funding, even with less-than-stellar credit. Mrs. Robinson spent over eight years working with small business owners and witnessed their inability to access capital through banks while being unaware of alternative options.
Karlene Sinclair-Robinson is the author of the new book, The Small Business Owners’ Guide To Alternative Funding, Volume 1. She hopes it will help many of you attain a better understanding of funding options to help you increase your cash flow and grow your business.
